Overview

Our travel plans are services. “Returns” do not apply, but you can request cancellations and refunds as per the terms below. We always aim for transparent, timely communication.

Payments & Confirmations

  • Each package/service includes a clear payment policy.
  • Confirmations are issued after full payment or as specified in package terms.

Cancellations

  • Cancellation charges and timelines are defined per service.
  • Policies follow third‑party rules (airlines, railways, hotels, and other national/international agencies).
  • Send cancellation requests by email from the same email ID used in prior correspondence, with a copy to info@sttpl.net.
  • Some special/urgent/tatkal offers may be non‑cancellable; these will be clearly marked at booking time.

Refunds

  • Refunds are subject to third‑party terms and are processed after we receive their confirmation.
  • We will share an indicative refund timeline when your cancellation is acknowledged by our partners.
  • Once approved, Shrishti processes refunds within 3 working days.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method whenever possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account or card statement again; posting times can vary by bank.
  • If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@sttpl.net.
